Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop

This is a 5 week workshop covering all the basics in mindfulness:

  • Automatic Pilot
  • Body Scan
  • Mindful Eating
  • Mindful Movement
  • Sitting Meditation
  • Breathing Space
  • The Breath
  • Determining how to best take care of you

The workshop will run for 5 weeks (over a 6 week period) during Saturday mornings 8-10am at Richmond Town Hall (Sports Tasman).

Investment is $150 (includes workbook and access to recorded meditations).
