Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop

This is a 4 week workshop covering all the basics in mindfulness:

  • Automatic Pilot
  • Body Scan
  • Mindful Eating
  • Mindful Movement
  • Sitting Meditation
  • Breathing Space
  • The Breath
  • Determining how to best take care of you

The workshop will run for 4 weeks during Saturday mornings 10am-12pm at Richmond Town Hall (Sports Tasman).

Investment is $150 (includes workbook and access to recorded meditations. It also includes a bonus 20 minute coaching session post workshop and entry to one sitting of a monthly meditation group).

Next workshop starts 28th July 2018.
