Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop

This is a 4 week workshop covering all the basics in mindfulness:

  • Body Scan
  • Mindful Eating
  • Mindful Movement
  • Sitting Meditation
  • Breathing Space
  • The Breath
  • Determining how to best take care of you

The workshop will run for 4 weeks during Tuesday evenings 5.30-7.30pm

Investment is $125 (includes workbook and access to recorded meditations).
