Integrative therapies give us a chance to stop, re-connect with ourselves, relax, regenerate, and re-integrate ourselves. It’s an opportunity to quieten the noise of daily life and take some time to study ourselves, gain clarity so we can take action, recieve nourishment and rest and relax. We all get stuck at times in our lives and integrative therapy offers us a way to be with the stuckness and find our way back to being in flow. Integrative therapies give us the opportunity to reconnect to the person we were before we were told who to be.
We have three different modalities to choose from to aid in getting you back in the flow of life, compassionately and mindfully – Holistic Pulsing, Past Life Regression and Hakomi Therapy. You can either book for a particular modality, or you can book a mixed session, where we can explore all areas.
Holistic Pulsing
A gentle yet effective, hands on client-centred therapy where your body is rocked to its own rhythm. Perfect for those that want gentle and nurturing stress relief, right through to those that want to explore their bodys’ holding patterns, aches and pains, chronic pain, and explore releasing them.
Past Life or Life Between Lives Regression
A way for us to access images or information while in an altered state of consciousness. A fascinating and compelling therapy where ways of thinking, ailments, fears, pain, etc can be released through accessing past lives where this has been carried through. Can also aid in direction in this life, exploring what we agreed to learn in this lifetime through revisiting that space between lives.
Hakomi Therapy
Hakomi literally means – who am I on all these different levels. It is a form of mindful, body-centred talk therapy focussing on self-study. Specialising in relationship with self and other, it is a therapy that focusses on non-judgmental awareness, compassion, and curiosity of all our different levels of an experience, where therapist and client embark on an amazing journey of self-discovery.
